The elegant Alban Towers, a Gothic Revival apartment building designed in 1929, visually complements its high profile neighbors, the Washington National Cathedral and St. Alban's School. Subsequently converted to an upscale hotel and later a Georgetown University dormitory, an award winning historic preservation project has restored the apartment building to its original use.
Lee + Papa and Associates (LPA) provided comprehensive landscape architectural services as part of the restoration, from schematic design to construction documentation.
