I am an up-and-coming florist in the Tampa Bay, FL area who is looking to add to my current portfolio. For a limited time, I will be offering my services *at cost,* which means you only pay for the flowers/supplies, and *not* my labor. This could be a great opportunity for a bride who is looking for beautiful florals but doesn't have the money to pay for the labor (which is anywhere from 2-10 times what the florist actually pays for the flowers themselves).
