I offer general cleaning @ $25 an hour. I do prior to move in cleaning and Move Out cleaning as well. This is always on a flat rate basis. Starting at $65
for a studio or one bedroom under 650Sq ft and prices range up towards $200 for a full size 3-5 bedroom house.
