I have known Shayne for many years, and through our entire youth I knew him as the fat kid. Well 10 years afte we graduated from high school I saw some guy at the gym who looked a lot like Shayne - except he was ripped! Shortly after that I started to work out with Shayne, and he began to train me. I was amazed at how wrong I had been doing excercises, and for how long I have been doing them wrong for. No wonder why I never saw results.
Shayne and I worked out together about 3 -4 times per week, and I always looked forward to those day because I knew that no matter how much he taught me, and no matter how much better I was getting at working out on my own I never got as good of a work out than when he and I worked out together. The reason for this is that he motivates you to push yourself. He believes in you even when you might not believe in yourself. He pushes you to become better.
After a few months I had dropped about 35 pounds, and I was starting to see a little six pack coming in. I was 30 at this point and had never seen my body in such great shape (neither had my wife). It drove me to continue pushing myself at that point, and I became addicted to working out.
I could go on and on in this review of Shayne, but the long and short of it is that he has been where many of us have been, but he has gained the knowlege, the skills, and the motivation to change not only himself, but those who allow him to help them. I would recommend Shayne's services to anyone in a heart beat!!

I've been working with Shayne for about two months now and have already seen results. Not only is he fun to work out with, he is an experienced trainer with great motivational skills and knowledge. He is able to adjust his workouts based on each individual's goals. I highly recommend Shayne for anyone seeking a new level of fitness.

I cannot recommend Shayne highly enough as a personal trainer. Initially, I thought a personal trainer would be nice for a few months to teach me the correct way to work out and that then I could continue on my own. How wrong I was. There is no way on earth I could ever work out on my own at the level that Shayne takes me to. The motivation and enthusiasm that he brings to my workouts are irreplaceable. I am happy to say I am the fittest I have ever been in my life and am seeing muscles I never knew I had.

Shayne Norton assisted me in developing a comprehensive fitness program consisting of cardio, strength and stretching exercises. He took the time to carefully evalute my particular strengths and weaknesses, develop a fitness plan to meet those evaluated needs and patiently took time with me to explain how to properly execute each of the exercises. I have now been on his program for over a year and have been able to increase the number of half marathons I run and also I have been able to continue to improve my personal best record on each and every run. I highly recommend Shayne Norton as a true fitness expert, a good instructor and a great human being.

I am a professional fitness model and was one of those people that never thought I'd benefit from a personal trainer. However, after fighting a plateau hard for about 18 months I decided to enlist some professional help. After evaluating a number of talentless training hacks out there I found Shayne, who has corrected a number of mistakes I was making and now I am making progress again and I am spending less time in the gym. Shayne does an excellent job of pushing me harder than I can push myself and it is really paying off.

There is no other personal trainer I would ever consider working with. I weight trained in high school and thought I had a strong understanding of what I needed to be successful in the gym. After working with Shayne just a short while I knew my old ways of training were over. I have been on a couple of Shaynes programs now and never would have came close to the same result with my old ways of weight training. With his combined knowledge of nutrition, weight training and cardio he has given me the tools and defiantly the motivation to achieve my personal fitness goals.
