SHAKTI Vinyasa Yoga East & West are the only Baptiste affiliate studios on the West Coast. We are dedicated to the art and tradition of Vinyasa flow yoga with highly skilled instructors trained by Lisa Black and Baron Baptiste. We teach Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga and SHAKTI Vinyasa Yoga classes, both powerful styles linking breath with dynamic, flowing movement. Both studios offer a variety of class levels at two convenient locations in the Seattle area.
