Building an approach to health based on overcoming significant health and emotional challenges as a youth, Sam Zeiler has been on a quest to develop a plan for vitality and longevity for over 25 years. His undergraduate work centered on biochemistry and nutrition. His graduate work focused on clinical nutrition and counseling. He is continuing his studies at the doctoral level in health and productive living. His mission is to assist individuals to increase awareness of the robust health and energy within them. It is his belief that we can live long, happy, healthy lives by giving the body the right tools with which to work coupled with clear thought and action.
