Younger students accepted with preapproval & on a space available basis.

School Break Camps

A refreshing break from regular school! Camps are offered during Winter and Spring breaks. Students dabble in many different art forms over the course of the week; each day is different. Classes are available on a per-day or week long basis. Come for a half-day (8am - 1pm or 1pm - 6pm) or a full day session (8am - 6pm). Class project time is 9 - 12 and 1 - 4 with plenty of time for secure and supervised breaks in the adjoining park. All supplies included; students need to bring their own snacks and lunch.

Summer Art Camps

Come have fun exploring art projects and discover your creativity! Students' work may include ceramics, drawing, painting, paper maché, batik, collage, paper making, bookbinding, printmaking, sculpture, or creative projects using recycled materials. Students can register by the week for half-day or full-day classes and work on different projects each day. Class time is punctuated by outdoor breaks for recess or artwork in the adjoining park and playground with secure supervision.

Drawing and Painting

Students use point and line, pencil, markers or charcoal to portray still life scenes. We'll often do field studies outside in the beautiful surrounding park. Paints include acrylic, watercolor, and tempera (liquid and cake). All work is matted for presentation.

Clay Play

Come learn about 3-D building, slab construction, glazing and painting in this class devoted strictly to clay! Students create both useful and whimsical artwork. All materials are non-toxic.
