Insideout yoga is housed in a cozy studio in the Greenwood Neighborhood of Seattle. Class sizes are limited engendering a warm sense of community and allowing for instructor attention to individual students. The yoga is Anusara-inspired emphasizing the heart opening elements of yoga as well as wisdom and safety in body alignment. Be an active participant in your own health and wellbeing!

Kim Trimmer

Experienced yoga teacher whose teaching style is compassionate, calm, and encouraging. Kim focuses on breathing, body awareness and proper alignment, with attention to individual needs and abilities. Kim's practice and teaching are informed by her mindfulness meditation practice, her education and experience as a counselor, her dance training and her current explorations of Somatic Movement Education.

Irene Alexander

A yoga teacher and a recent graduate of the Brian Utting School of Massage. Through both practices, she enjoys exploring the ways in which physical ease in the body can lead to mental clarity and emotional lightness.

Crystal Stephens

Discovered yoga when, completely out of the blue, she picked up a copy of BKS Iyengar's Light on Yoga. She read only the introduction and was amazed at how complete and profound the practice of yoga seemed. She immediately began taking classes and has never looked back. She is thrilled to teach this powerful practice that cultivates a mind and body that are capable of experiencing real and lasting joy.
