$175 - $200 per hour |
Felonies are of course more serious offenses with consequences of a conviction being far more reaching than a conviction on a general misdemeanor. The rate for felonies usually starts with a flat retainer based on the type of case. In many felony cases, there is investigation that needs to be done and that is an additional cost on top of the legal representation fee. Only through thorough investigation and preparation can many cases be resolved appropriately. |

Traffic Infractions |
$250 |
I charge a flat rate for traffic infractions. If I win the case, I keep the $250. If I lose, the cost of the ticket comes out of the $250. |
