Feedback:

Service proffessionals can be rated using the star system, from 5 stars (best) to 1 star (worst). Public reviews can be given by anyone. Mineeds feedback can only be given by customers who awarded a business through submitting the proposal process and got service from them.

Feedback percentage is calculated as the following:
Positive Feedback: 4 or 5 stars
Neutral Feedback: 3 stars
Negative Feedback: 2 or 1 stars

MiNeeds customers can leave feedback by locating the previous needs which are closed for proposals and the provider is awarded.
