Bikram Yoga at the Sweatbox

Horrible! The studio and changing areas were filthy and in shambles with no shower area(?!). The studio was carpeted and smelled like a cross between wet dog and a sweaty armpit. A good teacher could have mitigated the short comings of the studio. Unfortunately, the instructor was horribly incompetent. She seemed to have no real understanding of the material, and only served as a talking head as she regurgitated a memorized script. I am active in many yoga communities in this country and abroad (Bangkok, Singapore, Hong Kong) and found this to be a truly bad experience. Sadly, studios and teachers like this exist. I would seek your yoga fix elsewhere.
