I was shocked by the Horrible CitiScape customer service. They communicate in legal-ease and lie about their services and what work they or their vendors have performed. Their vendors are not friendly or responsive either. They send a message saying they are sorry that expectations aren't met but have yet to show they will care to do anything concrete about it. Citiscape makes no genuine attempt to correct horrendous customer service practices and stop harassment for overcharges for minimalist services. I don't appreciated being lied to about repair estimates. Then the Citiscape rep lies and denies making the verbal representation I absolutely know I heard. Then continue to lie to cover up the first lies. It is completely wrong to pass on bogus charges to unit owners. I have shown an estimate for the work completed cheaper yet, this is completely disregarded by Citiscape. I don’t like these inflated cost to be passed up to my insurance company or pay them myself. Ever wonder why your insurance rates are so high? You can thank such sloppy practices of Citiscape.

Citiscape property managment has horrendous customer service practices and harassing tenants with overcharges for minimalist services. I They lied about repair estimates. I've paid paid all my monthly dues on time, yet this month's bill shows an incorrect balance forward amount owed. I don't like being told a repair is amount x only to receive a bill 3 months later 500 times that x amount. Then the Citiscapte rep lies and denies making the verbal representation I know I heard. It is completely wrong to leave unit owners out of pricing, scope and other repair decisions, then pass on bogus charges to unit owners. I have shown an estimate for the certain work that could have been completed and how it could have been done at least 250X cheaper yet, this is completely disregarded by Citiscape. They show extreme loyalty to their vendors at the expense of the tenants.
