Bikram Yoga San Francisco Inner Sunset district, has been open since 1998. Celebrating 10 Years! We teach Bikram's Beginning Yoga Class -- a demanding series of 26 postures (asanas) and two breathing exercises (pranayamas). Each class is taught by a certified instructor, and is 90 minutes long. The comprehensive hot yoga system combines Eastern discipline and Western medicine, it is suitable for all ages and levels of health, fitness and athleticism.Our mission is to Offer self-responsible health and help clientele achieve total fitness transformation and Provide quality instruction through happy and motivated professional staff members,Create a Green - Eco Friendly Clean and Contemporary yoga environment - free from toxins and odors.
