450 architects was established in 1995 by Richard Lee Parker, AIA, and David Bushnell, AIA. Our practice prizes individual creativity. At the same time, we work together in an open studio environment. Our mid-block design studio, in the heart of San Francisco's SoMa District, lies between 5th and 6th and Howard and Folsom streets. That's a quick 2 block walk south of the Powell Street BART and MUNI station, 10-15 minutes from both the Civic Center and the Financial District.
