Nu-U Fitness offers free personal training consultations. In your consultation, you will be given an overview of our personal training services and your overall wellness will be assessed. Once you have met with us, we can outline recommended training services and help you to define your fitness goals. Our studio us located in the 'Next Level' fitness studio off Jones Maltsberger Road. All consultations and training sessions are by appointment only.
