Nu-U constantly monitors each clients' fitness program and makes the necessary changes to ensure that each client reaches his or her goals safely and in the shortest possible time. Nu-U provides motivation while coupling experience with nutrition and fitness education to design a diet and workout program that is for you, and you alone.
