Prompt and Excellent Knowledgeable Service! We are a production company that found ourselves in need of gate openers. Ours had gone out forcing us to open and close the gates by hand. They came to our aid and helped us not only get back into operations, but helped us with NEW motors that were needed. They didn't poke our eyes out trying to sell us their brand, they showed us different ones and helped us stay within budget to get the proper motors. Not only did they do this but their OWNER showed up and personally inspected the work making sure we would not be in need of repairs anytime soon. A definite goto company!

WHAT THIS CUSTOMER HAS FAILED TO EXPLAIN IS THAT WE TOOK CARE OF HIM TO THE FULLEST, REPLACED THINGS AT NO ADDITIONAL COST, GOT HIS OPERATORS FIXED, HIS LIMIT SWITCHS NEED TO BE READJUSTED AND SET PROPERLY, THE CUSTOMER AFTER THE FACT AFTER FIXING HIS GATE, SAID, " I DIDN'T WANT THIS TO WORK ! ' SORRY IF YOU DIDNT WANT A WORKING OPERATOR, THAN THE CUSTOMER TAMPERD WITH HIS OPERATOR THAT VOIDED THE LABOR ON SUCH AND PRODUCT, after the fact with all the rude telephone calls to our business, we reached the distributor of his product that he bought and mind you after tampering with one of the actuator arms, he was still useing the gate operator that was functioning, distributor offered to pay certain $ being that solar panel was already been in use, arms, etc. 'not a product that was fresh in the box',
ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS HAVE BEEN GREAT AND WE APPRECIATE TAKEING CARE OF YOU, AND HAVE GOTTEN YOUR SUPPORT AS MOST OF OUR REPEAT CUSTOMERS, IT'S UNFORTUNATE THAT SOME PEOPLE ARE THE WAY THEY ARE, I GUESS THATS LIFE, IT SEEMS A WASTE OF EFFORT OF HAVEING TO RESPOND TO THIS, BUT IT'S ONLY BUSINESS, TO RESPOND FURTHER THE CUSTOMER WANTED TO REPLACE THE OPERATOR WITH A MIGHTY MULE WHICH IS AVAILABLE AT HOME DEPOT FOR $699 PLUS SOLAR PANEL @ $239 KEYLESS ENTRY @$59 A TOTAL PACKAGE INCLUDEING TAX OF $ 1079 WITHOUT INSTALLATION, OR OTHER MIGHTY MULE PACKAGES WITHOUT SOLAR PANEL FOR $919 : THIS CUSTOMER PAID $1200 AND SOME CHANGE FOR HIS OPERATORS WHICH INCLUDED LABOR AND INSTALLATION, WHICH CUTTING THE CONCRETE, EXTRA LABOR TO RUN CABLE TO OPPOSITE ARM, ETC. AS A MATTER OF FACT WE JUST TOOK CARE OF A CUSTOMER THAT HAD A MIGHTY MULE, AND FIXED HIS ARMS, , WE CAN SERVICE, REPAIR, AND INSTALL ANY OPERATOR IN THE INDUSTRY. WE RECOMMEND YOU CONSIDER YOUR WELL BEING AND PROPERTY, BUYING A INEXPENSIVE OPERATOR TO BEGIN WITH MIGHT NOT BE THE MOST WISE DECISION TO SAVE A BUCK. OPERATORS THAT ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC IN WHICH IN FACT WE ARE AUTHORIZED DEALERS OF MIGHT BE THE WISE CHOICE.
LET US JUST SAY THIS BECAUSE OF CUSTOMER AS THESE THATS WHY WE HAVE A POLICY OF A 50% DEPOSIT, AND REMAINING BALANCE DUE AFTER INSTALLATION. IF PRODUCT IS TAMPERED WITH OR DAMAGED BY AN UNAUTHORIZED TECHNICIAN THAT WILL VOID LABOR AND MFTCR GUARANTEE THAT IS GIVEN WHEN PURCHASED, WHICH MEANS IF YOU NEED FIXED AFTER, THERE WILL BE A FEE. LABOR AND PRODUCT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
JUST AS DOORS OF A REFUND IF DOORS ARE SHOT, MEANING ANY HARDWARE OR ANYTHING OR EVEN HUNG, THERE NOT REFUNDABLE, MFCTR WILL NOT TAKE THEM BACK, EVEN AFTER A PURCHASE IN MINT CONDITION, NOT HUNG, THERES A FEE TO OF A RETURN PRODUCT.
AGAIN WE APPRECIATE OUR CUSTOMER WHO HAVE NOT PLACED ANY REVIEWS ON GOOGLE FOR THE SIMPLE FACT THAT THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL PRIVATE PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT BOTHERED OF PUTTING SUCH THINGS ON GOOGLE, AS A FAMILY BUSINESS WE APPRECIATE AND RESPECT THAT.
PERHAPS BECAUSE OF THIS INCIDENT, I'LL BE REACHING OUR CUSTOMERS TO PUT REVIEWS TO SPITE OF THIS, JUST TO LET THE WORLD KNOW.
THIS CUSTOMER HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT TROUBLE, WANTING SOMETHING FOR NOTHING TO BEGIN WITH, A CUSTOMER WHO WANTS A NON COMMERCIAL OPERATOR BECAUSE OF SPENDING THE MONEY PLUS WE GAVE THE CUSTOMER A $150 CASH DISCOUNT FOR PAYING CASH, MIND YOU THE CUSTOMER LIVES IN CHINA GROVE TX, COMMUTING BACK AND FORTH EVERY OCCASION MY TECHS SPENDING GAS, WHICH WE PAY FOR PLUS LABOR FOR EVERY VISIT THIS CUSTOMER HAS BEEN THREATING THE BUSINESS, AND OUR STAFF AND EACH STAFF MEMBERS LAWYERS ARE AWARE OF THIS, WE BACK UP OUR LABOR AND MFCTRS PRODUCT TO THE FULLEST, WE JUST FABRICATED 2 SWING GATES AND WELDED, AND PUT OPERATORS ON THE GATES, THE CUSTOMER IS VERY HAPPY, WE ARE CONTINUING GIVEING THE CUSTOMER MRE SERVICE AS WELL, AS WE TAKE CARE OF OUR CUSTOMERS A-Z.
