Full-house paint interior & exterior, plus drywall repairs and electrical upgrades in kitchen and bathroom. 2-part epoxy flooring install commercial application; 2 sections; 1500 sq ft area in all. Insurance job, complete remodel: flooded home, demo and gutting, drywall install, electrical, plumbing and flooring, lighting, painting to make home market-ready. Rental turn-over, trash-out, bank owned, light remodel for resale.
