Service proffessionals can be rated using the star system, from 5 stars (best) to 1 star (worst). Public reviews can be given by anyone. Mineeds feedback can only be given by customers who awarded a business which submitted a proposal and got service from them.
Feedback percentage is calculated as the following: Positive Feedback: 4 or 5 stars Neutral Feedback: 3 stars Negative Feedback: 2 or 1 stars
MiNeeds customers can leave feedback by locating the previous needs which are closed to proposals and the provider is awarded.
Our wedding was in May 2010, it is now December and my husband and I have yet to recieve our Wedding album and two Mini albums we paid for!! They will not return our calls, emails or text messages!! We are planning on reporting them to the BBB!!
