This is our base fee for most work. Since we do bookkeeping, the primary focus is the daily book maintenance. Each line item represents a transaction in most cases. Each line in your bank statement represents a transaction. It takes about 3 minutes to make a sound, properly researched entry into your system. This covers follow ups, reviews and financial reporting of the entries made. We only invoice for work accomplished correctly. If wrong, we adjust it gratis. More complex but similar items can be negotiated. |

Full Charge Payroll is done for you on separate contract at $90.00+1.50 per employee on a monthly fee basis. Up to 4 payrolls per month are included. You can option to have your own people run payroll or send an approved payroll form by email to us to process. Very easy! Setup fee is additional at $4.50 per employee or 49.95, whichever is greater. Compare us to national firms and you will know we are not after your payroll business. We want to truly help you grow through full charge bookkeeping programs. |

This is a special discounted program for our long-term customers and our very small customers who want full control over their payroll module. We set it up and turn over the keys to you. You handle your own payroll when you want and need, directly on our online payroll system. Total fee is $49.95 setup + 39.95 per month with a surcharge per employee after the first two of only $1.50 each. |
