ounded in 2001 by Ben McKinley, Portland-based Cascade Web Development combines two previous Northwest companies that specialized in web design and development (Mt Hood Software) and event production (Portland Premieres). Our Technical Director, Stephen Brewer, spent time in a dot-com startup and joined Cascade Web Development soon after its inception to strengthen our design and development capabilities. Ben and Stephen have managed the company’s growth and remain a driving force behind Cascade Web Development’s success.
