Service proffessionals can be rated using the star system, from 5 stars (best) to 1 star (worst). Public reviews can be given by anyone. Mineeds feedback can only be given by customers who awarded a business which submitted a proposal and got service from them.
Feedback percentage is calculated as the following: Positive Feedback: 4 or 5 stars Neutral Feedback: 3 stars Negative Feedback: 2 or 1 stars
MiNeeds customers can leave feedback by locating the previous needs which are closed to proposals and the provider is awarded.
Christoph directed a short video on the work of the non-profit I founded and directed. Our organization works with survivors of domestic violence and Christoph was very sensitive in his work with them. The quality of the finished product is excellent. The 8 minute video has been used to solicit funding, to recruit members, and to educate the public and professionals in the field. It has received the highest praise for its content and the technical quality of the film.
