You can submit proposals as many times as you like to the same customer.


Can I change the proposal amount?

Yes.


What happens when I am awarded?

First, you'll get an immediate credit for it. We will highlight the number of customers you've been awarded on your profile and all your proposals. This will propel your image in the eyes of new potential customers.

Second, and most importantly, you'll be able to register your earnings after the service has been delivered, and the customer will be able to post a review. Both your earnings and reviews will be highlighted on your profile and future proposals. Our customer surveys show that this information is extremely valuable for customers when deciding who to hire.


What is Private Messaging?

When you want to communicate with a customer that posted a need, all your message exchanges will go through our private messaging system. Only you and the customer can read these messages. And, you'll receive an email and SMS notification any time you receive a new message from the customer.


Can I submit proposals on the phone?

Yes. When your phone rings, pick up and simply follow the instructions to submit your proposal with an audio message. If the customer provided a phone number, we bridge the call and connect you guys right away.


Why can’t I receive leads on my phone?

How do I communicate with the customer?

Once you contact the customer and submit your proposal, you will have access to the customer’s email address and phone number. You can call, email or even exchange more information and visit your customers on site. There’s no middleman – we let you work together with the customer directly.


When I submit a proposal on the phone, does it instantly appear on MiNeeds?

It sure does. We process it and post it on the need’s page straightaway.
