Are there any commission fees?

No. All deals are yours.



I don’t want to subscribe to a monthly package. Can I contact customers on a pay-as-you-go basis?

No. If you want to submit proposals to new customers, you must choose one of the packages.

 



Do I lose a credit when I pick up my phone but don’t submit a proposal?

No. On MiNeeds you choose which customer you want to contact. Every time a lead comes your way, we notify you at NO charge. Only when you submit a proposal do you use a credit.



What happens if I have credits left at the end of the month?

When choosing a certain subscription package, we give you the chance to contact some customers for free. However, unused credits do not rollover.



Do I receive leads if I’m not subscribed to one of the packages?

Yes. MiNeeds receives hundreds of leads every day and we share these with all our providers for free. If you like a certain customer and you want to contact them, we ask you to subscribe.



Can I change or cancel my subscription in the middle of the month?

Yes. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel it, you will still receive the leads but you won’t be able to contact those customers. If you up- or downgrade your package, we will roll-over your remaining credits into the new package and start the billing cycle that same day.



When do I get charged?

The moment you sign up for a package, we charge your credit card. This is the day that you will be charged monthly.



What is the best package for me?

It depends on how many customers you like to contact. We have calculated for you what the best package is for you based on the amount of customers you contact per month.



Can I change my budget?

Absolutely. If you’re an Express member, go to “Settings” on your profile and enter a new amount.



How much do I pay to receive calls and text messages from MiNeeds?

Nothing. Only your cellular provider’s rates apply.
