Swedish Massage - A Swedish massage is what most people think of when they think of a massage. It's a true massage. It involves the Massage Therapist actually rubbing (massaging) the clients body. The Swedish Massage will use long flowing strokes as well as the shorter strokes. The pressure is lite to medium on this massage.
Firm Pressure Massage - This is a Swedish Massage but a firmer pressure is used. If you have "knots" in your muscles then this is the massage for you.
