I waited for this customer at the shooting location for an hour, after which time I left. The customer never called. The only fee he was charged was a no show fee since he did not show up and we wasted our time. He was charged for a service that did not occur per the terms and conditions of Mineeds.com, he awarded us a bid and then said he did not want to pay. I advised him he was charged per Mineeds.com terms of use but also advised him that we would credit his account with us and he could use the credit for another shoot which he has refused. This customer is not good to work with! We have tried everything to satisfy including asking him 3 times if he would like to reschedule.
