Moshe did amazing on a big job he had here at the house that took him all day. I had 2 sets of Patio Furniture and 4 chairs indoors that needed to be cleaned. He took his time with each piece. A great job done! Im moving out of my apartment and need to get my caprets cleaned. With a lot of foot traffic, a dog, and cheap carpet to begin with... they looked rather beat up. He came over right on time, and gave me a run down and a resonable quote. He said it would be about 2 hours, so I left to run errands while I let him get to work. I was pleasently surprised, when I got a call less them 1.5 hours later saying he was done :-) I swung back by and the carpets looked like new!! My carpet wasn't stained with spots and individual spills, it was just dirty from my last tenant...let me reprhase that,.. it was FILTHY. Moshe takes care of it all. Whether you have spots or an overall treatment and cleaning in mind he can and will do a very good job and he is an honest professional worker who takes pride in his work. He is an honest working man who has a no nonsense approach to cleaning carpet. The price quoted was fair and did not change once he arrived at my home. He cleaned my carpet better than I could ever have expected, since the carpet is over 20 years old. It looked new and I was going to replace it. It is not often that I wholeheartedly recommend a Craig's List service provider but occasionally you take a chance on a Craig's List and it pays off big time. That is what I think about Moshe Azarian. First of all Moshe loves cleaning carpet and it shows. He will tell you all about carpet cleaning over the phone. He will tell you to look out for bait and switch carpet cleaners who claim to provide one service and then nickel and dime you once they are on site. He will tell you all about the process and how his three or four step process is the only way to really clean carpets. This young man is into carpets!
