Acting as the architects, engineers and construction managers, Atelier L.A. completed a full architectural restoration of the 1908 built Hobart Bungalows, restoring the site’s intrinsic charm, and afterwards was in charge of the leasing and management of the 19 unit complex. This turnkey development created value for its investors through above markets rents as well as enhancing the surrounding community. |

Atelier was fortunate enough to design one of the retail shops of the newly built Anaheim Garden Walk. Through its talented and knowledgeable team, Atelier was able to facilitate the design and permit process and be one of the first open stores of the mall. Atelier worked closely with the client and their interior designers to maximize the usable retail space. |
