Dr. Roger Edward Adams, a native of Post, Texas , became interested in health and nutrition at an early age. In December of 2004 he completed his life-long goal of obtaining a Ph.D. in Nutrition.
Dr. Adams graduated from Dallas \' Southern Methodist University in 1995 with a Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical Engineering. While he was a student at SMU, Dr. Adams worked in the telecommunications industry, and after graduation, was hired by Andersen Consulting as a computer network consultant. Two and a half years later, he made a career change, followed his passion for health and enrolled at Texas Woman\'s University, in Denton , Texas , to obtain his doctorate in nutrition.
