Natalie is a nationally certified personal trainer through The National Academy of Sports Medicine and has an advanced certification in corrective exercise. She also holds a degree in Architectural Engineering from The University of Texas. After working as a structural engineer for three years she decided to pursue her passion for fitness. Natalie specializes in providing scientific program design to match her clients needs and goals. She has worked a variety of clients with goals ranging from weightloss, lowering body fat percentage, increasing lean muscle mass, to enhanced sport performance
