M.S.T WATER DAMAGE AND HANDY MAN SERVICE - wuilver reyes

After I fired Wuilver he broke into my house and garage and stole my tools, he didn't pay me back for work that he didn't complete and he never paid the people he hired what he owed them. He does shoddy work and lacks skills, licenses and certifications.

Wuilver Reyes was hired to re-tile our bathroom floor, install new fixtures, etc. He took eight days to do a three day job. The tile, when he finally finished, was stained, the white grout had hundreds of black flecks. On the sink, tne hot and cold water were reversed. Lots of little details were left undone. We tried repeatedly to call him, but Wuilver never returned the calls. He does appallingly bad work and refuses to fix the damage he does with his ineptitude. We have another contractor working to try to undo the mess he made. If this fraud has a license, it ought to be revoked.
