The corporate catering industry has no shortage of vendors, each with their own distinctions. The thing that differentiates Tableside Gourmet’s from its competitors is our focus on tableside service. Cooking is considered and art and it is our belief that the art of preparing food should be showcased just as much as the food itself. Our menu was designed to accommodate this and features mainly dishes that can be prepared tableside. In addition, since we are a smaller company we are able to accommodate a wider range of events – including those that other firms would view as infeasible.
