A good way to show that special someone you care is to think outside the box. Instead of going out and waiting in long restaurant lines and dealing with reservations hassles, create a romantic atmosphere at home. Send the kids away and really get into the moment. Remember these three things Food, Mood, and thought goes along way. Hire a personal chef (for those that are kitchen challenged) or whip up that perfect meal you have always wanted to make (practice makes perfect though, don't let valentine's be the first time you're going to make this meal). Go out and get rose petals, soft music, candles, body oils, chocolates, the whole shabanng. Start your valentine's day planning now! Start leaving little subtle hints, letting that person know you have something up your sleeve. It could be a note or a card or you could go all out and start sending one rose a day. This way it will stay on that persons' mind that there is a surprise in store. Remember the old saying "the way to a person heart is threw their stomach" and that is very true. what way to say "honey I love you" then a gourmet meal ready and waiting for them when they come home.
So this Valentine's Day don't run to a restaurant. Run to your kitchen and whip up a meal to die for, then create a atmosphere that would make a event planner cry...lol
