A good contractor is not easy to find. His work, his experience, his talent in the trade, all these should be taken into consideration because a customers home is a big trust to hand over to a contractor. I heard alot of horror stories from homeowners had very bad experiences with contractors who did the wrong things in their homes. I do the job the rite way the first time. If the job takes longer to finish so be it, its better to take your time to do something so it doesnt come out half done but rather fully done according to what the customer wants.
