I want to Thank Sal and his moving team at Personalized Movers for making my family's move from Brooklyn as stress free as I could ever have imagined. Our recent move was made increasingly more challenging due to the fact that, a week prior the move date, my pregnant wife was admitted to the hospital where she remained on bedrest awaiting our third child. Sal first sent a team to my home to pack us, and this team swept in and had my entire apartment packed in less than 5 hours. Simply a miracle, and it was amazing to watch. On moving day, a team of movers, packers, and truck loaders swept in and out of my apartment, leaving nothing behind but a few dust balls. Sal and the movers arrived on time, and did a wonderful job in a timely and efficient manner. From our introduction to the end of the move, everyone remained respectful and focused on the task at hand. They communicated every pertinent detail to my Wife and I, disassembled and re-assembled the furniture without damaging it, worked from beginning to end straight, and gave us a very competitive estimate and final price...a great deal for the service requested. Many other moving companies were very expensive and tried to "take our lunch $" for the same service. What really impressed us most, was Sal's attention to detail and his mannerism. A very respectful person who even took his shoes off before entering our apartment-a big PLUS. |

My husband and I wanted to thank you and the amazing team of movers that helped us on 11/14/08. Curtis and his crew were really motivated and worked so hard to help us. As usual, when moving we were not totally ready when they showed up. They helped us pack and even offered suggestions on laying out our new home because I had no idea where to put anything. They were so polite and extremely nice. They completed our move in a timely fashion. It was amazing watching a man strap 6 boxes to his back and carry them up the stairs. They were really wonderful and very careful with our belongings. And the moving team was also extremely professional: they introduced themselves and shook our hands. And this might sound strange, but made us feel welcome |
