Big Apple Moving & Storage, Inc.

Used Big Apple at the end of summer for a move. They showed up almost two hours late for the move; the office was not open and there was no way to track the driver. Despite having my number, no one was courteous enough to call and let me know they were running way late. Driver busted up the car mirror of a worker at my mother's home; mover almost tried to charge me for another hour since we were a few minutes over, despite the fact that they took 20 minutes for lunch, which would have my time within reason. Although recommended by a friend, I'd only consider a move with this company if you don't have a lot of money, need a fast move and you don't have lots of things you are worried about damaging (fortunately, nothing was damaged, but we had to constantly hound to treat fragile boxes accordingly).
