Joan Henley, Stewart Title of Seattle

I'm only giving 1 star because there's no option to not give any stars. My rating for Joan Henley of Stewart Title is 0 stars. I've been in the mortgage industry 10 years, and have not come across a more rude person. When our loan's closing date approached, and we are working on the closing of the loan, she did not reply to any emails. When I called her to follow up on the items needed to close the loan, she hung up the phone and said she was too busy. It seems like when she is overloaded she does not do a good job handling her closings. If you'd like to have a pleasant loan closing, do not use Stewart Title of Bellevue. There's many more title companies around that provide much better service and friendliness at the same time. BEWARE OF JOAN HENLEY OF STEWART TITLE IN BELLEVUE, WA
