If I could give no stars, I would. Jim J. Hit the nail on the head with his review. Slick talk, understaffed, double talking, incompetant and inconsiderate. I can't believe any positive reviews aren't written by Tokyo Auto themselves. It took them over 3 months to finish their "1 week" repair during which they broke other parts and my car was broken into. To make it worse, it was nearly impossible to find out what they were doing with my car if I called them. They usually said they'd have to check and then never call me back. I literally lost a lot of sleep because of these guys. Oh and by the way, their facilities and personell look nothing like the pictures on their web site. Don't be reeled in by the low prices and smooth talk. If you do business here, you're in for a nightmare.
