Custom Built Personal Training provides anywhere from one to three comprehensive Introductory Workouts to all members of health clubs in which we operate (see our list of locations). The Introductory Workout includes the following:
* Thorough review of your health and exercise history.
* Detailed discussion of your fitness goals and a road map on how to achieve those goals.
* Body Fat composition test.
* Machine orientation or workout tailored to your fitness goals and experience.
* An educational segment that helps you avoid the most common pitfalls that prevent health club members from achieving their fitness goals.
* A discussion of the personal training programs offered by Custom Built Personal
