| Description | Hello, We have a not so small and VERY barren yard right now that could use some landscaping design, planting etc. In return for this service, we would put up your companies signage and contact info out in the yard where ever you choose for exposure to the whole greenwood neighborhood. This is a great opportunity for any business starting up and wanting to get serious exposure to a large group of great potential high-end clientele. This yard is the perfect makeover, and gets a ton of foot traffic by it from neighbors who would oo and ahh at any significant improvement to the look of the lo. It is a large corner lot with full exposure in the heart of greenwood, right across 99 from Greenlake. Contact me if you are interested. Our budget is limited (why we are offering your signage in our yard) but we have some money to invest and hands to help. Also, would help with signage design if needed as we run a small graphic design boutique with tons of signage design experience. Would be willing to throw in some free website design, logo design etc as well to even out the trade or to cover the cost of plants or stuff outside of our budget. Thanks for reading! p.s.
