StarCity Moving

I had such a positive experience with Starcity Moving that I was motivated to write my first ever online review. They were responsive when I first called and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I got a price quote that sounded reasonable and the total came out right at the estimate. On moving day they showed up on time and got all of our stuff out of our old place and over to the new one quickly. Every box and piece of furniture made it and nothing was damaged. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional, and we really felt like we were in good hands. I would definitely use Starcity again, and I highly recommend them for all of your moving needs!

I highly recommend Starcity as a mover. We used them to move from our Jersey City condo (3rd floor walk up) to a modern apartment building with an elevator in Edgewater, NJ. They were consummate professionals from assessing our moving needs to moving our belongings. I was also impressed with their focus on value, as Roadrunner provided various options to secure packing boxes & materials to explaining what long term storage opportunities were available in Northern New Jersey. The moving team was friendly, polite, and thorough during move day. They asked for direction when needed and kept the job on time. The moving time was estimated accurately as well. Overall, it was a job well done and we look forward to using Starcity again when we find our new home! The pricing is also very reasonable - icing on the cake.

Great move from the Hackensack NJ to Fort Lee NJ. Everyone was responsive and responsible. No hidden charges; things were well packed and handled carefully. Couldn't be happier. Some perfectly reasonable scheduling issues (because it was a fairly small move), but these got sorted out thanks to Dean's help. And the movers were all good guys. As someone who once did moving jobs, I was kind of nervous, but it all went great.
