As the founder of The Home Report, LLC, I have, over the lasts seventeen years, performed over five thousand inspections throughout the Puget Sound area providing a friendly, informative and thorough assessment for each and every client. I didn’t learn construction just from a book or an inspection course, but from many years of hands-on building, design and contracting. Each inspection includes an easily readable, detailed, narrative report emailed to the client early the next morning. Previous to becoming an inspector, I had been a general contractor and electrical contractor for almost two decades.
