| Description | I have been in practice since 1976. Family law has been my primary focus, with small business and wills/probate as secondary fields. I have extensive experience in dissolutions (divorces), child custody, child support, maintenance (alimony), and division of real and personal property, including retirement accounts. I also have assisted in the formation of many small businesses, and continue to advise them. I am a sole practitioner. I will do the work required, and not pass it off to a junior associate. To the extent possible I use my paralegal to keep costs down. Although I have been in practice over 30 years, my billing rate is $270, less than most practitioners with comparable experience.
