| Description |
Your one on one session will be designed to assist you in reaching your health and fitness goals. Whether it may be weight loss, core strengthening, muscle building, increasing flexibility, aerobic conditioning, nutrition counseling, stress reduction or toning, each session is designed to yield the final result of goal attainment. Each client begins with a fitness assessment to determine their current level of fitness and then is taught how to engage their inner core for increased power and low back safety.
