This is therapy with an expanded palette of ways of working. As a licensed mental health counselor and movement-based psychotherapist, I offer multiple ways of working in therapy. In addition to talking, we may engage movement, creativity and mindfulness in service of helping you better understand yourself and find healing and long-lasting relief from issues that trouble you.
