| Description | Hi there, I have a ~1400 SF 1950 home and believe it has the original plumbing, which needs to be replaced. I'm not trying to do any fancy copper, I just want the functional basics. There is one bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room, and the plumbing is fairly centralized, although access to the 'guts' is via a crawl space. Current issues include slow running faucet in kitchen, slow to get hot water in kitchen, persistent drip in bath tub, and frequent slow drain in bathroom sink. Dishwasher is also improperly plumbed from previous owner but don't think it's fixable without relocating dishwasher (which isn't happening). On a budget, getting ready to sell the house and know I'm going to get dinged on this one. Must be licensed/bonded service provider. Thanks for your help! |
