| Description | I need a new 30 year architectural composition roof put on a steep slope tudor style house with a covered deck. Upper floor is approximately 900 sq ft. with a 1 to 1 slope Low roof is a 12 to 6 slope approximately 300 sq ft. This would include the following: Removal of one layer existing asphalt shingles and flashing. New ridge vent and hidden shingle vent strip (low). Installation of new edge flashing, one chimney flashing, two skylights and two self flashing skylights. Installation of flashing for four steep slope valleys. New roof underlayment. Installation of new 30 year architectural composition roofing shingles. Cleanup. |
