We are looking for bids for an assortment of outside home/yard and roof needs including: chimney repair (brick and morter chimney, morter is starting to fall out, probably needs to have new mortar added), home drainage analysis (gutters drain into drains that don't seem to be able to accept the water, entire system around house seems to not be working), concrete walk creation (need this along entire side of house and also want to put concrete under existing deck with drain), deck building (add rectangular deck along unusable hill in yard to extend yard, will build with something durable like trex), deck repair (lovely existing deck needs some minor repairs and possible removal of landing deck at bottom of exit stairs), deck maintanence and staining, wood facade/window casing analysis and replacement for all wood on 1941 brick home, facade painting, re-roofing (1300 sq. foot home?), privacy fence and lawn installation. more
