Rudy was a House Captain in the Rebuilding Together program in San Antonio. RT provides safety repairs and access modifications for low-income elderly or disabled homeowners. The repair work took place back in October 16, 2004. The Homeowner Ernest Mack, 63, [710 Sawanee] uses a cane and at times a wheel chair because of his arthritis on both knees. He is single and is handedly cooking, washing and caring for himself in spite of his own severe arthritis. Rebuilding Together will repair approximately 8,000 homes and community facilities nationwide this year. |
