My style of practice focuses on dynamic psychotherapy and centers on helping adolescents and adults move towards greater understanding of themselves. I am experienced in addressing issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationship difficulties, divorce, work related stress, loss, grief, anger issues, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
